Yes. Your spouse or adult partner (whether or not of the same sex) can be included. Also, unmarried children under the age of 18 years, either living with you or in full time education receive a special rate. |

Cover for all pre-existing conditions is excluded during the first two years of membership. After this period, should an eligible medical condition recur, provided you have been treatment and advice free for a continuous period of 2 years since joining the Plan, then future costs will be covered |

We do not have a hospital directory. You are free to use a hospital of your choice provided adequate and suitable treatment can be obtained. |

Yes, with the exception of free climbing, unguided off-trail skiing, ski jumping, heli-skiing, ice hockey, gliding or hang gliding, hot air ballooning, sky diving, participation in racing events or professional sports, underground activity, diving without proper certification (unless accompanied by a diving instructor), or driving a motorcycle without a valid license. |

As soon as we receive your completed Application Form (fax or original) we can confirm immediate cover for 30 days, pending receipt of the premium (plus original or fax, if applicable). |

Provided we receive your written instruction to cancel within a period of 30 days from commencement date of the policy and you have not submitted any claims, we will arrange cancellation and a full refund of the premium |

For planned admission to hospital, it is advisable to contact the Global Health Claims Department to establish whether treatment is covered under your policy. Settlement can be made directly to the hospital, which gives you the peace of mind of knowing that all of the costs will be met.
In the event of an emergency, the Global Health Claims Department should be contacted as soon as possible.
